Dave, Paul, and Allie were efficient with our repairs and very patient with our worries. Our insurance company took what we considered a long time to close our claim, but especially Dave was always cordial, patient, and walked us through every step of the way. We had an outside mirror and window replaced and are very pleased with how quickly and with a high standard the work was done. Thank you Arizona RV!

I am a business owner here in Phoenix and I want to say that paying a slightly higher price than the online companies was worth every penny. The online guys would have sold me the wrong indoor assembly and no control box. Allie reached out to the manufacturer and got me all setup properly! I did the install and it went smoothly and now I have ice cold AC. Allie was so receptive to all questions and made sure that both of us were 100% sure that we ordered the right parts for the job. Recently we had an issue with a touch screen control panel that failed in our Thor Motor Coach RV. We were not getting any help from La Mesa RV they directed us to Thor and or the manufacturer of the panel. BMPRO directed us back to Thor or La Mesa. Thor did not get back to us. We called AZ RV service from whom we had previously received excellent service on a recall issue.Allie was a joy to work with. She took down all the information. Followed up promptly and ultimately got Thor to commit to sending us a new unit as a warranty replacement. Allie went above and beyond good customer service into the realm of outstanding customer service! And we are very grateful for her commitment to get our problem resolved when nobody else would.Thank you, thank you, thank you and well done!!!

I've had work done for several years and have been very please with their workmanship and attention to detail. Recently had a major repair of slider. Their work was thorough, well done, and I'm sure will meet my operational needs for the foreseeable future.

I purchased a MorRyde Rubber Pin Box and Arizona RV Services handled the installation. The techs were polite, professional and quick. The job took just two hours from start to finish. The office staff was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful; and when I had a question about the additional weight of the new pin box, Holley, our Service Advisor, looked it up for me. The Parts Manager, Duane, was extremely helpful pointing out a few additional supplies I needed from their store. Allie the scheduler came over and had additional information on the struts I wanted to add to the bed. The owner of the shop, Danny, didn't hesitate to come out and move our 5th wheel up for us to hookup. All in all the experience was the best that we have ever had when it comes to RV repair and installation!!

Best RV service in the valley. Everyone else knows it too, so they can be very busy. Scheduling an appointment would be recommended. The service crew are exceptional at diagnostic and installation. I appreciate their knowledge and explanation of what needs repaired and providing options of repair or replacement.All the staff are friendly and approachable, and the work I have received has been great. They have even accommodated some odd requests I have had for my RV.A plus is that they often have very good used Class A motorhomes available for purchase at a fair price. It's worth checking the ever revolving inventory if you are in the market.

Honest and up front people. Had an appointment to double check the set up on our new trailers weight distributing hitch. After inspection they told me everything was proper. Could have still charged me for their time but said they'd rather have my future business than to charge for something they didn't need to fix. Appreciate that and will remember it in the future if and when repairs are needed.

I am so happy with the repairs they did to my camper, there was electrical issues after they fixed my siding and awning on my camper. They were quick to fix the electrical issues and get us back our camper!

Arizona RV Service LLC did a great job servicing my coach. My service manager was Paul, and he provided fantastic communication. During the inspection, they noticed there were a few items that needed attention. Not only did they fix those items but they fixed them in a timely manner. He contacted me for approval of the needed work so there were NO surprises when they completed the service and repairs.

I'm a first-time RV owner and I did a lot of research to find the right RV service company because I wanted to forge a connection with my service manager, Arizona RV Service, and myself so that whenever there is a need, they can assist me. Great job Arizona RV Service!

GREAT JOB! Had auto body work done. What was estimated to be 2-3 days took 7. The cool weather was preventing the paint from drying adequately. It cost us an additional $1300 in hotels and dog boarding which was very stressful for us, but, no fault of theres. The employees were awesome/helpful and the work was exceptional!

After a horrible experience with another service center I found Arizona Rv Service. Pulled my unit from their facility and brought it to AZ RV. My list of repairs included cosmetic panel fixes as well as some mechanical and plumbing issues. From initial scheduling, to repairs, and pickup the staff (Holly & Danny) were professional and quality oriented. While my personal experience with Jayco (and its authorized service centers) has been awful, Im extremely grateful this company was able to get me back on the road. Arizona RV will be the only place I bring my trailer from now on.

Had a toilet replaced, a new carburetor replaced in the generator and some leaks in the extension hydraulic system fixed! Very communicative and efficient and great turns around time! Highly recommend!

Took my trailer in for a damaged frame and this guys did great work! Kept me informed of the progress and answered all of my questions and concerns!

I was having intermittent CODE shutdowns with my generator several times in the last few months and decided to stop in and speak with a service technician. It just so happened he was out front chatting about problems with another unit and his knowledge seemed very impressive. We spoke for a few minutes about possible issues and I set up the appointment.

I had a very pleasant time with all of the staff members there. All of them were friendly, accommodating and professional. The service department stayed in touch with updates on the problems and cost of repairs.

I would definitely return for repair services if needed again.

While searching local RV service companies I called several. Most didnt return my call nor reach out to me in anyway. The last company I called was a referral from a friend who had used Arizona RV Service on Main Street in Mesa, AZ. I called, spoke with Allie, who had an excellent attitude and a heart for helping others, about my concern and she was extremely helpful. She checked with her manager about the awning I wanted to have replaced. It was a warranty issue with Grand Design regarding one of my awnings. She booked an appointment for me about a week out, which would allow the parts to come in. The parts arrived, I had an 0800 appointment to have it replaced. I arrived a few minutes early and was actually greeted by several smiling employees. I couldnt believe the attitude of service that they all had. Incredible start.

The repair was completed as promised, same day:) and very professionally.

Took my 5th wheel in for damage repair. An estimate was written up, and we scheduled the repair.

Unfortunately, once the work commenced, it was discovered that there was more damage than was initially evident.
